To strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced Odoo developer. As a developer, you'll be in regular contact with clients and our teams in order to deliver solutions based on understanding of their specific needs in terms of business/IT alignment.
Function:As an Odoo developer, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:
Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors and company size.Support and maintain those specific solutions.Implement the client's needs in the Odoo solution before configuring it.Create training material and documentation for Odoo users.Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams.Accompany and train end-users to the new tool (train the trainer approach) on Odoo and related applications.Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality.Coordinate test execution to ensure that all technical customizations and configurations follow industry and delivery best practices.Support junior developers to help them grow.Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow.Your profile:Between 2 and 4 years' experience in Odoo and/or Python.Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in business, engineering or computer science).Excellent communication (written and oral) in French and English and interpersonal skills.Structural thinking.Ability to learn and evolve quickly.Ability to work autonomously but also in team with a "Can Do attitude."Creatively and pragmatic in a problem-solving environment.Fast-learner with a specific interest in Digital.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?More than just technical knowledge combined with our business positioning, we live our values on a daily basis: teamwork, transparency, commitment.
