Our office admins will be working a first shift with limited OT.
The office admins will support our customer by accepting applications, entering data, and scan incoming information.

Responsibilities:
- Accepting applications, review and other documentations
- Navigating and researching information in database
- Scanning incoming information from clients, faxes, and mail
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Capacity to address minor issues and find solutions independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects during busy periods
- Experience managing difficult customer interactions professionally and calmly
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage files, documents, and office supplies efficiently
- Experience with answering phones, greeting clients, and addressing basic customer inquiries
