Office Administration

Job Summary:
Twin State Ford, located in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team.
This position requires general accounting knowledge, excellent teamwork and customer service skills and is an individual contributor role.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00-$20.00 /hr or commensurate based upon experience, paid weekly.
Benefits include paid vacation, sick and personal days, 401k, health, dental, and an employee discount.

Responsibilities:

•Processing vehicle sales, title paperwork, record keeping for the DMV.

•Answering phones, filing, and providing additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Accounting knowledgeHigh School DiplomaExceptional organizational and customer service skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office softwareAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
