Office Administrative Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a part-time Office Assistant for an SEC registered investment advisory firm focused on equity investments. This firm is located in California and has a satellite office in NYC where they now have 6 individuals working out of. Since they just moved into a new space in NYC, we are looking for someone local to the NYC area to work around 8 hours a week (hours and days are flexible). This individual will be responsible for helping to schedule furniture deliveries, handling vendors, getting groceries, and really assisting with any basic office tasks that are needed. Hourly Compensation: $20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
