Compensation: $15.00/hr
Schedule: 30-40 hours /week, 10am to 5pm with some variability

American Spa & Pool is looking for a responsible Office Administrator to help organize our company's day-to-day operations. The Administrator should be organized and able to multitask with ease. Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to help ensure our office procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone – being informative, take messages or get call to right person
• Call customers that have been schedule to confirm their appointment
• Collect, sort, and reconcile credit card receipts
• Updating work order in our online system
• Verifying the work orders have been billed to customer
• Scheduling filter cleans and other needed services
• Making Facebook and/or blog posted
• Respond to customer email request
• Print emailed work orders
• Entering payments in QuickBooks and recording on printed copy of invoice
• Help organize job that need to be schedule by looking up areas of town
• Check in and keep up with inventory
• Keeping office area neat with paperwork filed and organized
• Setting up new accounts by following checklist
• Closing out work orders by following checklists including inventory
• Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• maintaining customer data-base Helpful Skills:
• Pleasant and clear phone voice
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with office software such as word, excel and outlook is a plus
