We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Office Administrator to join our Freight, Warehouse, and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Must be willing to be a team player and play multiple parts. This is a 1st shift 6a-3p Monday-Friday. Pay is $60-$65K. Duties: Process daily paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and timecards. Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including inventory control and filing systems. Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, communication, and project management. Prepare and send invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy. Research and implement new office automation tools to streamline processes. Provide exceptional customer service by fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Perform other administrative duties as needed, which may include answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies. Requirements: Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse setting. Possess excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Are proficient in cloud-based software. Enjoy working independently and as part of a team. Have a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Can prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
