This is a temp-hire opportunity! Job Details: Pay: $20/hr-$23/hr Schedule: 8am-4:30pm (M-F) 100% on-siteWhat you need to apply: H.S. graduate or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook Experience as an office assistant or in related field.Preferred Experience: Strong work ethic, with an ability to work with very little supervision. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. First-rate organizational skills to include: ability to prioritize, attention to detail and following tasks through to completion. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. On a typical day you will: Meeting and greeting visitors. Daily mail distribution. Receiving & staging incoming packages Handling incoming calls and other communications. Updating documents and word processing. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations. Scanning, copying, filing as needed. Scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments and conference calls. Overseeing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Maintaining office equipment as needed. Assisting Human Resources & Accounting as needed.
