Office Assistant/Field Trainer

Summary: Timekeepers Security Inc. is looking for an energetic Office Assistant/Field Trainer to join our team Our ideal candidate will be able to handle clerical duties, while also working out in the field to help train personnel.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
Train employees in the field utilizing proper operational procedures and functions and explain company policies.
Train personnel in security rules and procedures.
Requisition necessary supplies, equipment, or services.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Must have clean driving record.
May be required to work some weekends or evenings and be on call alternating weekends.
Relevant experience a big plus.
Job Type/Pay: Full Time $15/hr
