Position Title Office Assistant for Mental Health Grant Reports To Director
Functions and Responsibilities
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Development and Career Services or designee, the Office Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Mental Health in Higher Education: Community Provider Partnerships and Professional Development Grant.
Supervisory Role Duties & Responsibilities
1.
Maintain student check-in log (paper and electronic).
2.
Assist with performing data entry and maintain student inquiry database.
3.
Handle routine office functions including scheduling of student appointments and greeting of visitors, telephone coverage, and referring inquiries to the appropriate areas.
4.
Process requests for supplies, equipment, printing, conferences, meetings, subscriptions, software, and transportation.
5.
Process, map, track and distribute bus tickets for students to go to partners to receive mental health services.
6.
Track billing and reports for mental health partners.
7.
Assist with developing program promotional and other related literature and materials including printed, electronic, and website versions.
8.
Assist with outreach programming to include tabling events, and distribution of promotional materials.
9.
Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
10.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of student records.
11.
Assist with the preparation of routine, data collection, special and ancillary reports as required.
12.
Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
