We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and providing support to our staff.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making it essential to have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies, all of which contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.


Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
Manage office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations using standard office software.
Requirements Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
