Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Job Title: Provide support and assist the receptionist with coverage and additional ad-hoc requests that they have received from employees.
Oversee the distribution of supplies, including food services, multiple times per month.
Support and execute two major company events; summer and holiday events; and other employee engagement activities throughout the year.
Provide general administrative support to leaders for ad hoc projects.
Required Skills for the Job Title: 3+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills What's in it for you?
