$19.00/hour (Resume submission & interview required)8am-5pm Monday thru Friday (Fall, Winter & Spring months)6am-5pm Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday (Summer months) Job Summary: To oversee the function of the office, providing continuous support to the staff and administration.
Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
Excellent communication and listening skills Good customer service skills Good organizational and prioritization skills Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment (phones, copier, &fax).
Must have knowledge of common office software products to manage schedules and paperwork.
Must be able to speak clearly over the phone and in person to communicate with both colleagues and clients.
Perform daily tasks with detail, pride, respect & responsibility.
Responsibilities: Scan documents into computer system.
Answer phone and take messages for all staff when needed.
Take payments in phone and in-person.
Make sure that the office is kept neat and orderly.
Performing other administrative tasks when required.
