Your New Role:

As our Office Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer service operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.Scheduling appointments with precision and ensuring all details are accurately entered.Making outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest online, setting up initial inspections without the dread of cold selling.Keeping our current customers in the loop about their service renewals and scheduling appointments.Updating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure our data is always accurate and organized.Working closely with your team to ensure seamless customer service and appointment coordination.Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.Handling sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality.Assisting with various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
