Shifts Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm What's a typical day as a Office Clerk:? You'll be: This position is both administrative and operational and has primary responsibility for allocating orders
releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound shipment times are within acceptable levels to meet customer needs.
This role is also responsible for ensuring all shipments are closed, dispatched, and all paperwork is processed correctly.
In this role you will also be communicating with internal customers, transportation, and external customers regarding shipment statuses.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: . Are able to stand, bend, and lift items throughout entire shift
Have office, administrative, or clerical experience
Are able to work mandatory overtime
Experience with warehouse equipment including warehouse management system (JDA experience preferred)- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to organize and execute work tasks in a timely manner
