The Team You'll Work With Reporting to the Recruiting and People Ops Lead, the Office Coordinator will play a key role in creating a cohesive, welcoming, and well-run office environment while also providing administrative support across the org. This role will work closely with our Growth Lead to ensure comprehensive administrative support for our Growth and Revenue teams, such as handling scheduling for internal team meetings and leadership meetings. The Impact You'll Have In this role, you will be the go-to person for anything and everything office-related, serving as a critical support system for our in-office employees, and supporting communication efforts with remote employees. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will enhance day-to-day functions, allowing team members to focus on their core responsibilities. By contributing to culture and employee experience initiatives, you will play an instrumental role in creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent. Compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. To be discussed during interview process
\nWe are open to different backgrounds and tenure for this hire and compensation will be commensurate with experience. Please note that equity may also be included in our total package, depending on role and level.
