Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Payroll Operations and Compliance.
You will assist with the day-to-day administration of payroll processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, processing, and review of payroll for accuracy and compliance.Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to company policies and state/federal regulations.Maintain payroll records, employee files, and relevant documentation.Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to payroll.Track and report payroll data, including timesheets and attendance.Provide general office support, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.Support compliance initiatives by assisting in the tracking of required training and certifications.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll and compliance documentation.Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline payroll and compliance workflows.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required).Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in payroll, HR, or compliance is a plus but not required – we are willing to train!Work Schedule:
