POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks an Office Coordinator to join the Operations Team in providing the primary logistical, operational and public-facing support ensure smooth functioning of the Fort Worth and Dallas Offices.
This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 9/30/2025 and contingent upon funding extension.
\n ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Office Operations:
Maintain office and community spaces by monitoring, restocking and organizing supplies and ensuring confidential materials are properly handled, including but not limited to: Breakroom Copy Room Supplies General Office Supplies Office key copies o Furniture and filing Oversee general service providers such as:
Water Delivery Shredding Services Copier/Printer Maintenance and Supplies etc. Office Cleaning Organize and distribute mail to programs or persons according to each party's procedures Receive and report any building and/or maintenance issues Communicate with property manager, building maintenance, or other service professionals to ensure the maintenance and improvement of building and office functions Organize meeting reservations for all client-facing meeting spaces Oversee calendar Respond to requests for usage Guide clients to meeting spaces and inform staff of their arrival Work with Operations Team to assess these procedures, as needed Program Support and Client Interaction Communicate with program leadership to remain up-to-date on client eligibility regulations, program qualifications and limitations Create and foster a welcoming environment Receive walk-ins at the Front Desk Listen to and handle client questions and/or concerns, including follow up Communicate with appropriate parties regarding clients Liaise with staff and clients:
Provide or receive documentation regarding clients Assist staff in answering client questions or addressing their concerns (direct to staff or answer directly) Assess walk-ins for any qualified services Answer and manage incoming phone calls on main WR line Work closely with hiring managers Support the RCA team in conducting eligibility determinations, scheduling walk-in enrollments, assisting in enrollments (if needed), entering data in program databases/systems, troubleshooting with RCA debit card issues Maintain accurate and complete records of contact, when needed Dallas Office Approve purchase requests Monitor Copier/Printer issues and supplies Direct calls to Dallas contacts when applicable Assist Dallas staff with WR program information distribution/presentation Projects and General
Assist in logistics and operations of annual WR events and projects including but not limited to: benefits, conferences, retreats, and in-office events as assigned by supervisor Assist other Operations Team members with projects, as requested Participate in team and staff meetings Attend training as required by supervisor Other tasks as assigned by supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS:Mature and personal Christian faithCommitted to the mission, vision, and values of World ReliefDesire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communitiesAble to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation documentMinimum High School Diploma, or equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and other basic computer functions Able to manage multiple priorities Able to work in a fast paced, challenging, and multi-cultural environment Able to work well with others in a professional, friendly, and flexible manner Able to problem solve and improve office functions independently Strong verbal and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and other basic computer functions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Two years' experience in administrative type role Cross-cultural experience Fluent in Spanish preferred
