We are seeking a Part-TimeOffice Engineerto join our team inDenver, COto help work on various Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Projects.

How will you contribute to the team?
Performs research for contracts, plans and regulatory agency manuals to determine and analyze specifications and requirements.
Reviews contractors' progress reports and field representatives' diary sheets.
Monitors, records and updates project and material records.
Maintains logs and reports.
Assists in the preparation of change orders and/or supplemental agreements and project plan updates.
Reviews schedules, permits, and progress charts.
Prepares calculations and documentation to update final estimate package.
Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. With Associate's degree, eight years of related experience. Without a degree, ten years of related experience is required. Some experience in electronic job data entry is generally required.
10+ Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
Good mathematical, computer, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to obtain certifications in applicable areas of work as required by clients.
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
Proficient interpersonal and communications skills; willingness to learn.

Expected compensation range is between $45.00 - $55.00 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location .
