Experiencing rapid sales growth and is relocating its US operations from Boston to St Louis has secured a lease in St. Louis, and is recruiting a US commercial team of approximately twenty employees home-based and spread across the continent.
Areas of responsibilities: • Maintains office services, organizing office operations and procedures.
• Designs and implements office procedures by measuring results against standards and expectations and making necessary adjustments.
• Providing customer service functions, order processing, and AP and AR functions as required.
• Assist HR/payroll coordinator to ensure expenses are paid and payroll coordinated for U.S. employees.
• Support sales functions and reporting for financial planning and performance.
• Keeps leadership informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
• Tracks and communicates product inventory levels in conjunction with the sales forecast to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, and customer return processes and procedures. Authors and/or updates procedures as needed.
• Transact purchases and shipments with the ERP system as required and maintain documentation/files as required.

• Tracks all order fulfillment and service-related metrics.
• Coordinates daily activities for supporting personnel.
• Works with Quality Assurance to develop cross training requirements for associates within the department.
• Aware of practices and processes utilizing current management tools, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Communication areas of waste and other activities that add costs to operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation related to quality, work in progress and test results for both manufacturing and service as required.
Authority: Competence requirements: • 1-3 years prior experience in a related field, preferably a medical device manufacturer or distributor.
• High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply the information contained in written procedures.
• Knows of and can perform all jobs within the area of oversight.
• Computer literate and experienced with typical Microsoft Office applications. (i.e., Word, Excel)
• CRM and ERP system knowledge a plus
• Experienced using standard accounting software used for AR and AP processing.
• Highly organized and productive individual.
• Capable of developing standard work instructions for associates/area.
• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
