Responsibilities
• Invoicing Clients• Cutting checks for approval by CEO• Tracking monthly expenses• Providing P&L to CEO at the beginning of every month• Ensuring timely payments from clients and payments to sub-contractors/vendors• Account reconciliation of 10+ accounts• Journal entries and accurate accounting of all transactions into Studio Designer software• Determining and reporting TPT sales to AZDOR quarterly• Maintaining all needed software subscriptions• Client coordination, including scheduling client meetings, tracking client progress, and managing new leads• Onboarding new staff and keeping up-to-date information on file• Coordinating travel and accommodations for work-related trips/outings• Facilitating website updates and printing marketing materials• Maintaining business licenses, professional memberships, and insurance coverage
Requirements
• High-school diploma or equivalent required• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred• Preferred background in an Interior Design or construction related field• 4+ years of administrative experience• Excellent interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented and self-motivated• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel• Comfort using Mac operating system• 2+ years of accounting experience
