Coordinate referralsManage patient registrationsObtain Managed Care certificationsMaintain accurate census data and financial agreements for all Behavioral Health patientsOrdering supplies and the general organization of office practicesMinimum Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business/Health Care Administration preferredMinimum of three years performing patient accounts/finance office functions, preferably in a behavioral health outpatient settingWork independentlyMaintain strict confidentialityMonday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week. We offer flexibility with start time between 7:30 - 9:00 am.
Salary range is $50,000 - $55,000.
