Atom Computing is seeking an Office Manager in Berkeley, CA who will play a vital role in supporting our management, scientific, and engineering teams. The Office Manager will oversee general office duties such as replenishing office supplies, managing facility and vendor relationships, processing incoming mail, and answering and directing calls. The Office Manager will also provide part-time administrative and scheduling support to the Chief Scientist. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and resourceful self-starter who would be willing to take on a variety of additional responsibilities as our company grows.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office ApplicationsJudgment and discretion to maintain a level of confidentiality appropriate to various business situations Excellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to see projects through to completionAdaptability and willingness to explore and implement new ideas with an open mindCapable of lifting objects that weigh up to 20 pounds.

The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer an annual bonus and equity in the company.
