Office Manager/Bookkeeper

One of our clients in the Construction Industry is in need of an Office Manager/Bookkeeper due to rapid growth.

Salary: Up to $60,000 annual salary depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Manage A/P with A/R and bank deposits and credit card reconciliationsPrepare credit card applications for vendorsMaintain time recordsPrepare tax returnsEquipment reconciliationRecord equipment depreciationSetup new assets Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service to clients and vendor partnersBachelor's degree in accounting or related field3+ years of experience in a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooksStrong organizational and analytical skillsDetail-orientedProven time management skills in managing multiple projectsProfessional appearance, pleasant personality and, strong work ethic Experience:
Bookkeeping: 4+ years experienceQuickBooks: 2+ years2-4 years of Office management experience requiredComputer proficiency, including strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills required
