The Position:

The Office Manager will be responsible for the financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. S/he will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. S/he will assist with basic Human Resources duties, such as new hire documents, PTO management, temporary disability insurance, and workers' compensation filings.

About You:

You have a college degree and at least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related
You are familiar with ERP systems and have fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills are among your greatest strengths
You have a hands-on commitment to getting the job done
You are a team player but can also work independently with minimal supervision
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
