Providing over 50 years of fine wine Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant seeks a motivated and highly organized individual to join our family. We are hiring an Office Manager to be our first impressions ambassador and support our collections department. This is an Onsite (Berkley, CA location) position working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm


\n Responsibilities: Front desk management - opening/closing the office and ensuring smooth operational process. Monitoring building access, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guestsOrdering office supplies, receiving mail and packages, answering phones, and other miscellaneous office tasksCommunicating with customers about past due account balances using the utmost professionalism and careAssisting accounting department by processing payments, and various accounting related projects. Requirements BA or BS or equivalent combination of education Strong administrative data entry skills-40 wpmDemonstrable computer skills in Microsoft Office & ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttentive customer service and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to learn new tasks and concepts quickly and comprehensivelyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work within a team to help achieve department goals Must be able to identify and problem solve
\n$22 - $24 an hour
