**Position Overview:**
International Paper is seeking a motivated and driven Office Manager to enhance our operational effectiveness in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. As a part-time associate, you will provide essential support to our team by ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at time management and planning, and who is capable of fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Office Administration:**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes to guarantee that all necessary resources are available.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and services.
- **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, tracking office expenditures, and ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in a timely manner.
- **Human Resources Support:**
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling training sessions and ensuring all necessary resources are provided.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Event Coordination:**
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- **Communication:**
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture by promoting teamwork and communication among staff.
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare regular reports on office operations, budgeting, and employee engagement to management.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- **Mentorship:**
- Act as a mentor to junior staff members, fostering their growth and development within the company.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team collaboration and leadership development.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment is highly advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong ability to analyze data and create reports for management reviews.
- **Personality Traits:**
