As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of office operationsOrganize and maintain company files, documents, and recordsAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondenceProvide administrative support to managers and team membersAssist in managing New, Used, and Parts InventoriesManage inventory of office supplies and equipmentEnsure office policies and procedures are followedHandle incoming and outgoing communicationHandle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer serviceRequirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role at an Automotive dealership (GM Preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksProblem-solving skillsKnowledge of advanced accounting principlesAbility to maintain confidentialityWillingness to learn & work hardBenefits: Competitive compensation of $24 - $30 per hourHealth insurance and retirement plansPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional developmentAbout the Company:
