Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a dedicated medical office manager onto our team!
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, effective, energetic and enthusiastic practice environment . You will gain and maintain the knowledge necessary to support each role in the practice. The target is to ensure a positive patient and staff experience, with accuracy, consistency, and compassion.
Responsibilities Greet patients Ensure staff is well equipped Keep an open line of communication with patients and staff Monitor and control patient wait times. Lead morning meetings Address patient concerns Review patient charts Ensure practice administrative duties are completed promptly Maintain discretion regarding patient health information Maintain weekly reconciliations and deposits Work with patients to resolve any outstanding payment issues Attend recurring and ongoing training calls Monitor inventory counts and place orders Skills Friendly Proven working experience as a medical practice manager Knowledge of medical office management systems Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Requirements 3 years minimum medical practice management experience Benefits:
