Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative functions and support operational activities within the company.
This role requires a versatile individual who can ensure the smooth management of office tasks, while also assisting the Operations Manager in executing key business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a background in real estate operations, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-functioning and organized environment.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external service providers.
Implement and maintain office systems to improve overall efficiency and streamline administrative processes.
Operational Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and tracking project timelines.
Assist in managing relationships with third-party service providers such as subcontractors, lenders, and architects.
Help facilitate communication between various departments to align with company-wide initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination of operational activities and contribute to the successful completion of real estate projects and transactions.
Support the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Real Estate Experience: Experience working in a real estate, property management, or related environment is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Project Management Support: Ability to assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope.
Operational Efficiency: Demonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes.
Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English and Spanish to support communication across a diverse team.
Team Support: Experience coordinating tasks, managing calendars, and assisting leadership with daily operational activities.
Education and Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience in real estate operations, project management, or compliance is a plus.
Skills and Competencies: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while also supporting team collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
