**Job Description:**

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Office Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position requires a professional with at least three years of relevant experience who possesses a strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to an impactful workplace. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our office, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional diagnostics services.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Office Administration:**
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and coordination of office resources.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

2. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in managing office budgets, monitoring expenses, and processing invoices for payment.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial forecasting to guide office spending.

3. **Team Support:**
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new hires ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.

4. **Facility Management:**
- Act as the liaison between administration and facility staff, managing office space and ensuring it is safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and supplies.

5. **Customer Service:**
- Address and respond to inquiries from staff and clients with professionalism and clarity, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and improve service delivery.

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Utilize analytical skills to summarize and report office performance metrics.
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improving office efficiency and effectiveness and present findings to management.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the alignment of office operations with departmental objectives.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and feedback for continuous improvement.

8. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Ensure office operations comply with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
- Promote safety protocols and uphold health standards to maintain a secure work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proven persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing outcomes and fostering collaboration.
- Personality Traits: Hardworking and passionate with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and office budget management is preferred.
