**Job Description:**

Automation Anywhere is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our Seattle team on a part-time basis. This position is crucial for supporting our operational needs and enhancing our workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.

The Office Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring that our offices run smoothly, and supporting our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. **Responsibilities:**

- **Office Operations:**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workspace is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to employee productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide administrative support to senior management and team members, facilitating smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed, showcasing critical thinking and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- **Customer Delight:**
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Organize team events and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering teamwork, in line with our objective of delivering delight.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and training programs.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy office culture by addressing employee concerns in a proactive manner and ensuring a supportive work environment.

- **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for office operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors as necessary.

- **Tech Savvy:**
- Maintain office equipment and technology, troubleshooting issues as required.
- Utilize office management software and documentation tools efficiently to streamline operations.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Associate's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient and energetic, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and creatively to address challenges.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
