Ensure client files are properly managed and maintained, especially those related to pre-injury claims, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure proper case management, including the tracking of deadlines, court dates, and documentation needs.
Monitor and maintain office equipment, supplies, and legal software systems.
Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents related to pre-injury cases, including intake forms, insurance claims, and other client documentation.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Handle client inquiries and maintain client relations, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Manage office budgets, invoicing, and expenses to support financial goals.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to law office management and client representation.
Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training and development.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field.
4+ years of experience as an office manager in a law firm, preferably in the personal injury or pre-injury space.
Strong understanding of law firm operations, including legal filing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members simultaneously.
Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
Experience managing budgets, office expenses, and vendor relations.
