Position is in a fast paced Manufactured Home dealership, and you will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors and more.
Necessary industry specific training will be provided.

**Education and/or Experience**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Loan Processing/Finance experience preferred
+ Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience preferred
+ Spanish bilingual REQUIRED
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
