We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager in our Troy, IN location.


What is an Office Manager?

The Office Manager will support the Troy plant in a variety of administrative and accounting duties.


What do I have to do? Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail Prepare and Issue Customer Invoices Issue Blanket PO's for key suppliers Assist with processing AP invoices Assist Plant Manager with month-end production reports Prepare monthly recovery and product cost reports Prepare various month-end reports for monthly financial close What Benefits do you offer? Requirements

Do I have to have Experience? Associate/Technical degree preferred Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and possess the ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize and work proactively and independently to manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus) High integrity, positive attitude, appreciation for collaborative office environment
