About the Team: You'll be joining a team of three, deeply integrated with all service areas of Sage Eldercare Solutions. Our team is heart-driven and passionate about both the quality of life we provide to employees and the excellence in the work we do. As the face of Sage, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both client and employee experiences. What You'll Do: Client Experience & Office Management Serve as the welcoming face of Sage, managing reception and ensuring exceptional client experiencesHandle new client inquiries and initial intake processes through HubspotCoordinate with care management team on client documentation and licensingWork at our office in Burlingame 4 days a week, with one day Work From Home.Operations & Systems Management Oversee office operations, including facility management and safety protocolsManage vendor relationships and maintain service contractsCoordinate technology systems and software implementationsPartner with leadership on budget management and financial processesEmployee Experience & Event Planning Lead company-wide event planning and coordinationManage employee recognition programs and special initiativesSupport new hire onboarding and facilitate administrative orientationMaintain company calendars and coordinate team meetingsCollaborate with and support People Ops Lead on people programs & initiativesAdministrative Leadership Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsOversee documentation processes and maintain policy updatesCoordinate communications systems and technology resourcesSupport special projectsWho You Are: A natural relationship builder with 3+ years of administrative or operations experienceExtremely detail-oriented with strong project management capabilitiesTech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Hubspot, and the ability to learn new systems quicklyAn exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skillsSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple prioritiesA problem-solver who takes initiative and thinks creativelyPassionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults and their familiesWhy Sage? Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is between $75,000-83,000 Salary. Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
