We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Operations Support Manager to oversee and enhance daily operations across multiple dental office locations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, a role model to front-office staff, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role involves coordinating office procedures, supporting team performance, and ensuring efficient workflows to maintain high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and support multiple dental offices.Act as a mentor and guide to receptionists, fostering a positive work environment.Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient processes. Requirements: Proven experience in office operations management, preferably in a dental or medical setting.Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius to support multiple locations.
