Work Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:15pm (Hours may fluctuate)
Overview: We are seeking an exited individual to join the Ansell Law team as an Office Runner in our Administrative Department.
As an Office Runner, you will provide essential administrative support to our Ocean Township Office, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Manage administrative tasks such as internal mail, supplies, deliveries, and certified mail.
Organize and maintain multiple paper supply areas.
Receive external calls and route them to the appropriate internal individual.
Fill in receptionist occasionally throughout the week.
Documenting receipt of deliveries.
Coordinate lunch orders for client meetings.
Assemble and send certified mail Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information questions and requests Answer phones in a pleasant and professional manner and communicating with clients, lenders, professionals, and other attorneys, daily by phone, email, and mailed correspondence Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including outlook, word, and excel Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Qualifications: Ability to pick up and drop off deliveries within the office and to external clients.
Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus Reliable access to a motor vehicle for running deliveries.
Ability to work occasionally up to three hours on a Saturday.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs.
