Daily duties focus on mail sorting and scanning of documents.
IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused people with a passion for excellence.
We offer professional training, skills enhancement, and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions.
Hourly Compensation: $18.00-18.00/HR Location: Office is near City Square, in Charlestown, and conveniently located to stations for all of the different lines on the MBTA including commuter rail.


Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities include: Sort and scan medical claims into clients claims system.Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeTyping correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned.Handle time-sensitive material like confidential documents.Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelines/Take direction from supervisor or site manager; Adhere to all safety procedures/Perform other tasks as assignedParticipate in cross-training Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

Qualifications:
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to managementCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferredProfessional appearance and demeanorKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environmentCompetency in performing multiple functional tasksAbility to meet employer's attendance policyA valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from workLifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
