Responsibilities
• Answering program phone calls• Checking clients into their appointments and informing respective parties• Providing outcome-focused care activities as directed• Coordinating with billing and insurance providers• Sending in renewal authorizations and checking insurance status for clients
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• CPR certification and Valley de-escalation certification• Proficiency with MS Office and Electronic Medical Record systems• Two years of behavioral health or customer service experience (preferred)
