Assist clients in completing initial paperwork.Review charts monthly for accuracy by doing quantitative chart reviews.
Keep master forms in good order and copies of forms stocked.Assure that client records are protected against loss, tampering, or unauthorized disclosure of information, and that the content and format of records are kept uniform.Responsible for entering data in a timely manner and sending appropriate paperwork to funding sources for outpatient drug testing services.
Demonstrate competency, abide by, and enforce knowledge of funding source rules, regulation, and requirements.
Communicate procedures to program participants in the drug testing area.
Oversee collection of drug-screen urinalysis samples, complete all necessary paperwork and sending to funding sources, recording colors/numbers for following day's drops.Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in testing bathroom and office work area.
Re-stock cups, gloves, toilet paper, etc., as necessary, and inform leader when supplies are getting low.
Properly dispose of biohazard waste products. Education/Skills: High School diploma/GED; some college experience preferredExtraordinary attention to detailPhysically able to stand, walk, climb stairs over prolonged periods Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
