"™ABOUT THE JOBThe On-Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the frontline banking center staff, supporting branch sales and service, and a creating an exceptional customer experienced by handling customer needs.
This role is also responsible for the administration supervision and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch, including daily coaching, retail operations, consumer lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Company's objectives.WHAT DO YOU LIKE?An On-Site Manager:Enjoys coaching and mentoring team members to promote individual growth and development.Promotes a positive atmosphere that encourages productivity and teamwork among the banking center.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Oversee the operational excellence of the banking center.Lead by example showcasing skills to deepen customer relationships with individuals and small business clients, maintaining contact commensurate with customer potential and value.Mine existing customers and prospects, working with Commercial, Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Financial Consultants to cross-sell products and services as appropriate.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?A successful On-Site Manager typically has:High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in banking, business development, personal banking, business banking or branch management.Previous sales or branch management experience.Strong knowledge in business loan and deposit products.General knowledge of small business needs, personal deposit and consumer loan products, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, fixed annuities, brokerage products and other bank services.Good understanding of Federal regulations as well as bank policies & procedures.BENEFITS INCLUDE:Full insurance benefits, including health, dental, vision, short-term & long-term disability.25 days of paid time off plus 11 paid holidays.401(k) retirement savings plan with HTLF matching up to the first 5% of your contribution.Tuition reimbursement and student debt assistance.Employee Assistance Program, Perkspot employee discount program and much more!The targeted salary range for this role is:$64,259.00 - $83,537.00HTLF offers competitive and varied benefits to eligible employees, such as Paid Time Off; a 401(k) matching program; annual incentive pay; paid holidays; a comprehensive company sponsored benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and other insurance coverage; health savings, flexible spending, and dependent care accounts; an employee assistance program; tuition reimbursement; and various associate banking benefits.

The annualized base salary range reflects figures based on the primary location.
Pay ranges may vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for a Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
