Oncology Nurse Rn

Wood County Hospital is accepting applications for an Oncology RN. The RN provides personal care and professional excellence by providing basic nursing care to patients. Performs various clinical tasks necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and administrative functions essential to workplace operation.  Provides high quality patient care in a manner that respects the uniqueness of each patient. 
Job Duties: Demonstrates the ability to prioritize care of patient according to presenting conditions.Formulates nursing diagnosis and establishes intra-procedure nursing care plan based on initial assessment. Checks department supplies, equipment and positioning aids.Plans care with other members of the health care team. Checks schedule for role assignment and cases.Documents responses to and evaluations of nursing interventions provided. Shift Details: Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
