Job Description:
Graybar Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Associate in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Account Support Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our online account management processes and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to online account holders through phone and email communication.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting technical issues.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of any issues.4. Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to improve online account management processes and enhance customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities in our database.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.7. Assist with special projects as assigned by the Online Account Support Manager.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management.3. Resilient and passionate individual with strong communication skills.4. Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making.5. Experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.7. Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.8. Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy in work.
