Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Icahn Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online account holders and assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for online account holders, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat.- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access, transactions, and security.- Assist with account setup, maintenance, and password resets.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on online platforms.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online account support or customer service.- Energetic and independent personality traits.- Strong time management skills and the ability to make quick decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using online account management systems and CRM software.- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
