### Overview:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking an Online Account Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Phoenix, Arizona. ### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Assistance**:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and other online communication platforms.
- Provide comprehensive information on our financial products and services, ensuring clients understand their options.

2. **Account Management**:
- Assist clients in managing their online accounts, including password resets, account updates, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.

3. **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify client issues and concerns, providing effective solutions or escalating matters to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Follow up to ensure resolution of customer inquiries and satisfaction with the outcome.

4. **Product Knowledge**:
- Continuously learn about new products and services offered by Western & Southern Financial Group to effectively educate clients and assist in sales.

5. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members to exchange ideas and solutions to enhance customer service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve overall service quality.

6. **Performance Tracking**:
- Assist in gathering metrics related to client interactions and report findings to management for process improvement.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and management to refine approaches for customer engagement and support.

### Requirements:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience is required; however, experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Comfortable with using online communication tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
