Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Aetna is seeking an experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:- Review and process online invoices- Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices- Reconcile accounts payable transactions- Investigate and resolve discrepancies- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions- Assist with month-end closing processes- Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable- Proficiency in online accounts payable systems- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is a plus
