Job Description:
American Airlines Group is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Accounts Receivable to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Responsibilities:- Process online accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently- Monitor accounts for discrepancies or issues and resolve them in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting- Assist in monthly financial close processes- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions- Provide support to the Accounting team as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strategic planning and cooperation skills- Adaptable and passionate about the airline industry- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
