As the Online Administrative Coordinator at Rockwell Automation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teams across various online operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide high-level administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily retrievable.

2. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in coordinating projects by tracking progress, managing project timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and facilitate effective communication within teams.

3. **Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant topics to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare concise and informative presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders, utilizing your strong presentation skills.

4. **Financial Management:**
- Manage and track spending related to projects, ensuring budgets are adhered to and preparing expense reports as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and project proposals.

5. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding administrative processes, providing timely and accurate information.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and effective communication.

6. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices for administrative functions to ensure a smooth operating environment.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Actively participate in team meetings, bringing insights and suggestions to foster a team-oriented atmosphere.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (such as Slack, Trello, or Asana).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident, with the ability to take initiative and work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong organization skills with acute attention to detail.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
