Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Capital One Financial in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online calls, emails, and chats. This part-time position offers a great opportunity for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer inquiries through online calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently- Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new skills- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues- Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
