Responsibilities:1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.4. Utilize computer systems to process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.5. Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and accurate information to customers.7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.8. Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.9. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide best-in-class service to customers.10. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent required.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.4. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced call center environment.6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes.7. Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to succeed.8. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.9. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills are a plus.10. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
